Very nice clean Post Office, I' like it much Better then the Taylor, Post Office, it has A Better atmosphere, workers are more friendly Had A big package to send off the Clerk:15 Was very friendly and polite, answered all my Questions, I' thanked her, for her help, and she asked if I' needed anything else, When I' left and went back to my car, I' couldn't find my Car-Keys, and in about 15 seconds, Clerk 15 Was waving at me She, had my Keys, I' Ran Over To her, and thanked her, Thank God For People like that, we need more......

I dropped off a small 5 by 7 envelope to get down to SC. I placed tracking on it the 9 th of Jan. 2021. The tracking history states that it's still at the southgate post office even though it's been over a week. I put in a case and went in two times. I wish they would just call me and give it back if they don't have time to move it forward.

Standing in line right now and have 8 people in front of me, 2 behind. 4 slobber shields put up for 4 people to be working the counter, only 1 person actually working the counter. I'm sure they'll blame it on covid, but it's been this way prior to the scamdemic! Too bad bc employees are always nice and pleasant to interact with. Management needs to get it together! This is a busy location!
