Love this place cuz there are so many cars. It's like 2 to get in and bring your own tools because you take the parts of the cars yourselves and that reflects in the price. I always come here and definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately my vehicle was improperly serviced by B&D Master Auto Repair responsible for the damage to the transmission. Chuck and Eddie's share responsibility by stalling and not honoring their verbal commitment with an exchange or refund. I have had a lot of difficulty with the getting honest answers and follow up calls from on site manager Brian Adams along with leaving a few messages to the general manager Michael Arcangelo. There have been several occasions were both these businesses have told me they are going to work on my behalf their customer but do the complete opposite by not honoring their words. Please note I have had to resort to entering B&D Master Auto Repair into a small claims law suit for their negligence in handling my vehicle resulting in breaking the transmission by not properly reprogramming the (TCM) transmission control module. Chuck & Eddies also has shown little signs of assistance and have been added. After weeks of stalling I continued to reach out. Ultimately Brian Adams the on site manger at Chuck and Eddie's verbally communicated that they will pick up the transmission days ago. However, I called because I did not hear back as it was going on 4pm Friday. When I spoke to him why they did not come pick up the transmission as promised his answer was \I forgot sorry\. This is just another example in which they have forgotten to follow up causing me more stress as they both continue to play around with my time and money. I don't wish this experience on anyone, to have to deal with unethical behaviors from both these business who you instill your trust in. The response times for this issues were untimely in every way. Because I finally received a refund does not take away the stress and expenses incurred after repetitive calls and steps made by myself to ensure this happened because it was justified. Respectfully
