As a senior with underlying medical issues, John of the Southington CT Staples assisted me with placing a curbside order. I could not be more please with his exemplary service. Offering to do my shopping, besides applying all my reward, coupons was so appreciated. He was both professional and personable. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you, John!

Southington Staples is an adequate store and while they certainly meet my needs I would prefer a greatly reduced price on copies and a more expanded selection of electronics.

Went in for computer repair. They did not have the services for my issue but the staff (female, 50s?) who spoke with me was very friendly and helpful. I would go again for service.

I came in to use their printing services. The lady at printing services that helped me was nice. It was my first time using the printer so I did make mistakes and I was rushing because it was close to closing. Another lady, long stringy curly hair, maybe red or use to be red came to me and asked if I was almost done. I told her I was hurrying and I would be out soon. With a slight attitude you would expect 10 minutes before the store closes, she said well the lights go off at 6 and I dont have any control over that. I said don't worry i'll be out of here. She asked what I repeated and she said good with the same amount of attitude. When I left I told her she was being rude and I wouldn't come back. I still had 2 minutes before the store closes. She proceeded to tell me to be kind. Its amazing that when you hear something you don't like the person is not kind. I'm an unemployed, homeless mother just trying to print stuff for her kids for school because we don't have a printer. I was not unkind I was rattled, rushing, frustrated and pushed out the store. I understand you all want to go home, you've had a long day and I'm sure it was slow but the door says you are open until 6 so please show a little patience with a customer who was originally rushing to get out of there faster so you could go home. Staples, why do you set the lights to automatically go off right when the store closes? Thats what I was told to justify the rudeness. Do better people.

Amy helped me print important documents from my android phone even though she wasn't used to how my phone operated. Very patient and sharp.
