This buybuybaby is the best! We have always gotten wonderful customer service here. I have bought most of our larger baby items here-baby furniture, custom rocking chairs, high chairs, baby breeza, strollers, etc. They always go above and beyond and if you have any issues with a product they make it right. Highly recommend this store.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We've been to this location a few time before we had our baby and had no issues. This time was different. We came into the store and were walking around hoping to by a Newton mattress and a bedroom set for our new born baby. We were walking in the mattress department when our daughter started crying uncontrollably. We tried wheeling her around in the stroller, picking her up and using her binky and couldn't get her to stop crying as every parent has experienced. When an employee walked up and, without saying a word, just stood there staring at me trying to settle my daughter down. This went on for a good 5 minutes. She made my wife and I feel as though we were disturbing everyone in the store (the 1 other couple) and that we should leave. As new parents it's hard enough being in public with your baby crying nonstop not to mention when an employee of the store makes you feel as though you are bad parents and need to leave. Will not be going to this location again.

Hats off to Christina, had a baby bed delivered to my home, belonged to another person in another town. We called FEDEX to pick up and delivery to the correct house, but the never showed up. It was purchased via the web, not her store but she took the time to reached out to the young mom, & her husband picked it up tonight. Christina, thanks for the extra effort, you made a difference.... ps, the mom had called FEDEX and got the run around as to where her baby bed was..

The return policy is frustrating. If you don’t have proof of purchase you have to have the packaging which is a little ridiculous because who honestly saves the packaging. Also most things I price check end up being cheaper on Amazon 90% of the time.
