We have been long-time fans of Copeland's, enjoying their world class Cajun fare at this Texas location; so wonderfully consistent with the other locations in both Louisiana and Florida. Their level of service is excellent. The food is second-to-none. This particular location has recently renovated and they have added illuminated bars for a really beautiful experience. Refreshingly, we also found their prices to be reasonable for Southlake and other nearby restaurants. The only negative comment I might have is that their servers were not as friendly as you might expect for a Cajun restaurant and they appeared to be rushed. We enjoyed great service, they just seemed a bit stressed.

Very disappointed. Drove to Southlake after checking to be sure they open. Got there and all doors are locked and saw no one. Went to hotel desk and lady said they have people all the time who come and complain because they're not open. We drove an hour from Gainesville.
Not very Cajun. Not sure why you'd use a long plate for noodles with 5 pieces of steak. Gumbo has the ingredients of gumbo but not much flavor. Service was good. Just not as Cajun as expected.
Copeland 's is an amazing establishment! And it's in the Hilton in Southlake! What's better than that!!! The atmosphere is amazing and the service is always on point! Abe was our server and he was attentive and knowledgeable! We ate an appetizer he recommended the seafood beneigt and it was awesome. The only things negative was our steak wasn't seasoned well. However, the Bordeaux sauce made up for that! Welcome back to the DFW Copeland's!
cajun food and the scene at this location is excellent. it was so fresh. the place has an awesome atmosphere. makes me feel like i am back in tucson.
