I called regarding my iphone 11 not charging and spoke to Jared. I told him exactly the issue and he told me to bring the phone in and they could run a diagnostic for 25 where they attach a new charging port and battery to determine the problem. I arranged someone to watch my baby, drove over, and once I got there, they told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have the part for the iPhone 11. They then offered to order it- at MY expense of 99, when they weren’t even sure that was the issue. I asked why Jared told me to bring the phone and the guy helping me said he didn’t know. This whole time, Jared was just behind the wall hearing the whole exchange and never came out to deal with it himself. I left, furious, when the tech came out to my car to tell me he could get the part from another store. I told him not to bother. Definitely won’t waste my time here again!

Yesterday was my first time using Pro-Techs and I had a great experience! They helped me with my wife’s phone with water damaged. They fix it in about an hour including putting a new screen! They were very clear up front with the process of the repairs and the estimates of the costs! Prices are super fair!! I only paid 108 total including the new screen, the diagnosis and the repair/cleaning/maintenance of the phone. They gave me a 25% discount! Staff is very helpful and friendly, Omar helped me and he did a great job! I love that you can chat with them and ask questions before you even go or make an appointment, they respond right away!! I will definitely come back next time I need them!

After mistakenly taking my phone to a different repair shop, i was left with a cheap knock off screen with noticeably less quality and less features. Even after taking it to a Certified Samsung repair center their replacement didn't have a working fingerprint scanner. After calling around trying to find an OEM screen that seemed impossible, CPR Cell Phone Repair was my last hope. I am so happy i ended my journey here and got a perfect screen replacement. Great job repairing ipad. 2 days later grandson cracked the screen and screen protector. While they couldn't guarantee it as it was a freak accident, they did offer to replace the screen with a discount.

I hope all thier prices aren't high!These guys might be good with phones or whatever but they seriously told me it would be 30 to solder this one wire back onto the board!
