We had a wonderful experience with Floor Covering International Southlake! Joe was fantastic and attentive to help us select our flooring materials. He came over a few times in hot summer days tirelessly explain to us the different flooring options in his mobile showroom. Once the material was selected, he executed the installation process really effectively with his team. We were able to get the floor done and move in on-time as planned. Joe and his team also work well with our other contractors I.e painters so they can coordinate between floor and wall painting. Overall we highly recommend Joe and his service at Floor Covering International Southlake!

I absolutely loved working with Joe at Floor Coverings International. The entire process from start to finish was smooth & painless. We had part of our home flood after some recent bad rains, and the carpet in our nursery was ruined. If anyone knows how important routine and consistency is for a baby (& mother!) you can understand how frustrating it was to have uprooted our son and have him sleep in a pack 'n play in the guest room & all of his furniture moved out of the room. I needed carpet-fast. I called on a Monday & Joe was scheduled to come over that Tuesday morning. He ended up being able to come over Monday afternoon & brought padding & carpet samples (important since I didn't want to have to go to a showroom with a baby in tow). I was able to choose the carpet on the spot, he measured, and that evening he sent an email with the quote. He was incredibly professional in person and through the email-I am huge in customer service via email and was blown away with his thorough & professional email. I was able to approve the quote and he ordered the carpet Tuesday. On Friday his crews came over first thing in the morning-from start to finish it took under 1.5 hours to install the carpet. They moved the furniture in & out, vacuumed, & removed all trash from the room. Joe & Tiffany came by to personally check how things were going which I thought was a great touch. I loved working with Floor Coverings International and will definitely be using them again in the future if we need! Their quote was on par with other companies, but what set them a part for me was the professionalism and friendliness of Joe and the entire crew/staff I met.

Joe and his team installed hard wood floors throughout our home before we moved in. We needed carpet removed and hardwood floors installed due to pet allergies. The prior owners had a dog, so we needed to run ozone machines to draw out the dog odor. Through all this, we were living in a temporary residence and going on vacation before school started. Joe organized the schedule and coordinated with other vendors also working in the house at the same time. Joe came up with a schedule to ensure everything would get done in a timely manner while we were on vacation, so we could move in on time and ready for school. We really appreciate not only his organization but also the quality of work achieved. They matched the color to already installed floors and did a wonderful job with the stair cases as well. We really appreciated the great workmanship and professionalism!

Joe and his team did an excellent job remodeling all of the floors and shower tile in our house. They provided excellent advice during the initial project design, and the tile work on the floors and in the bathrooms was expertly laid. Support after the installation has also been terrific. I would highly recommend this company for any floor or tile project for your home or business.
