After talking to lots of shops and comparing services, pricing, and qualifications of staff, I can say without a doubt that the LaserAway experience is superior to other similar establishments. I went for hair removal and will be going back for thermage (will update post soon!). Lucy B spent TWO HOURS on a zoom with me helping me understand the intended effects of the treatments as well as which ones were *spicier* than others. I recommend you ask for her directly if you want someone to spend time with you and help make the best decisions. You can tell her I sent you! Great convenient location in a busy shopping area. Staff is really friendly and helpful explaining the services they provide thoroughly. They always run specials on their services so if you have been wanting laser tattoo or hair removal this is the best place to go.
Received three laser treatments at this location. The second treatment was a disaster. The nurse fumbled with the equipment and missed the majority of the area. She was incompetent and didn’t appear to know what she was doing. Discussed with the director at the Southlake location, that assured me the service would be redone after a long discussion. That deal was not held up and the lack of professionalism at this location is a disgrace. Not the Southlake quality I’d expect. I was also told that things were handled and that the corporate office was aware. Again, not the case. My next phone call is to the corporate office. I would not waste my time or money here. Again, such a disappointment.
Laser Away is very professional, and kind to your needs. They care to listen, and answer any questions you have. Also, they try to give the best deal possible. I will continue to use them, because I know I'm in good hands, for laser tatoo romoval and more!
My experience with the RN who did my service was ok. My experience with the staff - sales consultant and Director was terrible. The salesperson left out very important information about my service. I called in to get it resolved - and what another person said below is absolutely true - they don’t care about resolving anything. They just ignore you until you go away I guess, and the Director is rude and unprofessional! I wanted to check them out because they’re so close to my house, but there are so many great medi-spas in DFW take your money elsewhere. Trust me!
