My kids have been going here for over 4 years will be five very soon. They get very excited when it is time for class. The coaches Chuck and Beth are the best. They interact with each child differently depending on your child. The fitness class is great and very well structured to make sure you get what you po it into it. I would highly recommend this club for children from potty trained to grandparents. The coaches are our extended family and I believe all other parents would agree. Great atmosphere and very friendly.

Coach Chuck and Beth are awesome. My kids have been participating for the last two years and there are obvious reasons why... the coaches are engaging, supportive, and yet guide kids with discipline to set expectations and responsibilities. Feels more like a gym taught by a family member... very family like. Great class times for the kids. We hope to see you there.

Great family friendly place. My family and I train here. We train jiu jitsu mainly but there are other classes that are available. No matter your fitness goals you will find what you need here.
