I bought a PS4 in here about three months ago, and I was very satisfied with my purchase so I threw away my receipt. It recently did the whole "Blue Light Of Death" thing, and I had NO idea what to do. I contacted these guys and they were AWESOME. They legit exchanged it for another. They've got a forever customer in me now :)

I love these guys ! They are always so awesome to talk with and extremely helpful even though I think I'm driving them crazy they just laugh! I highly recommend going to the one in Southlake! The store in general is awesome too )
Great Store for trading in movies you don't want anymore. Awesome selection of movies. Staff can help you find anything you are looking for.
The workers were friendly, had a decent collection of everything, could buy my game that I couldn't, the problem was that their collection was limited in a couple of sections, but that can be changed whenever inventory comes in.
