This review is a long time coming. I have been coming here since about 2018. It's such a calming atmosphere, a wonderful team, and Dr. Patel is kind and caring, as well as easy to talk to. I never feel judged and always feel cared for when visiting.

I absolutely LOVED it! I had the facial cupping with Imelda who was AMAZING! She walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable it was easy to relax. I didn’t realize how much I needed this until after. The whole office is nice and peaceful. It’s overall a very relaxing environment. I’ve already told several people about this office and recommend they check it out. I hope to come back soon.

I had facial cupping done by Imelda. She was so great! I had to google what this was before I did the treatment. It is an ancient practice that uses suction cups directly on skin to promote circulation and relieve muscle tension. My face was so smooth and glowing over the weekend. I highly recommend her to treat you – especially when you have an event coming up! Next on list is a massage!

Being new and skeptical of acupuncture, I decided to take the leap of faith with On Point Acupuncture. To begin, the office staff are very friendly and accommodating, along with being informative. The office itself is very relaxing, clean, and inviting. When it comes to Kalpesh and the acupuncture treatments themselves, the service was beyond any expectations I had. He takes the time to get to know you, what your expectations are, and thoroughly listens to your needs. Before he begins any kind of treatment, he explains every aspect of the treatment, and why certain things are being done. The most important thing by far is that HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. You can truly feel his passion for what he does by the way he takes care of you and follows up with you. I went from being a skeptic to a true and firm believer. I truly enjoy my treatments and love how they have been helping me throughout. I decided to go in after having migraines, and since I’ve started the treatments, I haven’t had any along with other issues. I will continue to be a repeat patient! Thank you On Point Acupuncture! P.S. for those who are afraid of needles like I am.. you can’t feel them! Most of the ones he puts in, you don’t even know they’re there!

Went there for trigger finger like symptoms. Dr. Patel was very patient in listening to my concerns and going a bit deeper when needed and in explaining what the therapy aims to do. Very insightful on how it all works. Feel a lot better now after a few sessions. Will highly recommend this center and Dr.Patel.
