We worked with Tom putting together a mix of Hunter Douglas shades for our home, some automated, some blackout etc. Great to work with, and we're really happy with the end results. Highly recommend working with Read Design.
Jeff Read and his brother are awesome! We are new in the area and live in Westlake. We bought a home that had Hunter Douglass shades that needed replacement. Jeff came out time and time again to measure, reset, reorder and changed a complete mess of unusable shades into making everything operable and perfect
Jeff and Tom are really amazing! They were incredibly helpful with all my needs and massage sure the job was done right from start to finish
Unprofessional - Asked for a proposal took them 2 weeks to get it to me. Approved the proposal and again consistently called and email and no response on when they would get started. 2 Months and still no response. Called again and was informed that they have decided not to performed the work. Wow it took you 2 weeks to get a proposal out and 2 months to decline the work. Not a responsible nor reliable way to be in business.
