Went in for a simple copy and print job that we've done several times at other locations. Clerk said it would just be a few minutes. Waited a bit and when we went to the counter it wasn't done because and the new clerk who had taken over said they didn't have the materials for it. Turns out the first clerk had the order wrong and after clarifying the new clerk said he'd do it right for a 10 rush charge after we'd already been waiting on the other clerk to do it (who had it wrong anyway). What a waste of time. Will not ever be returning to this location.

I called and was told by an employee that his manager Sierra told him he to tell me they couldn’t help me because they were closing in 5 minutes that to me shows poor customer service and management skills
