Ordered a pretty big order (3 banners, 250 business cards, 1 poster) and they had it done the same day. Quality of the prints is great! Satisfied with how everything turned out. Watch out for the grommets on those banners and don't pull to hard, they do tear pretty easily. Great experience overall, but I didn't receive an email that my stuff was done, so I had to call customer support and they let me know I could pick it up.
Companies need to remember that policies often get in the way of good customer service. Give your employees the authority to say yes to your customers! Staff here is helpful when pushed but obviously not empowered by leadership to go the extra mile. Work quality is good but do not come if you are in hurry.
Darrin is awesome! I came in needing 1,000 NICE envelopes ASAP. They only had 200 at their store. He took the time to call multiple stores in the area to find the correct ones. After receiving this information, he told me the top two stores that had the most to limit the number of stores I had to go to. Top of the line service!
They are awesome! They have always exceeded our expectations and Angie specially ordered thicker post card paper for us! I highly recommend.
