Very clean, well priced units, professional and friendly staff! Kenesha is simply great and worked well with my movers!!! Also, this facility physically monitors storage units daily as well as with video systems. My teenage son had placed our lock on unit backwards and Southlake Storage contacted me same day. WOW! I highly recommend this facility!!!

Upon arrival to Southlake Storage facility on Continental Blvd location in Southlake, TX 76092, Kenesha greeted my husband and I with a smile, Texas Style. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Kenesha articulated how requirements and policy for having insurance on items being stored. Her tone an demeanor were welcoming. As a native Texan, a saying the elders imparted to me at an early age, \Your Word Is Your Bond\. Kenesha demonstrated and made good on that every time we visit and she's working. Her security brief on entering and exiting facility was on point.
