Have been here many times as out patient for back procedures. The nurses before and after procedures are wonderful at making you feel comfortable. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Went there for an ER visit. The nurses and check-in receptionists were very rude. They kept my ID at check in after telling me they would return it when they were done. I still don’t have it!! It was obvious they did not want you there, and they didn’t want to be there. When you hit the call button they would never show up. I had to unhook myself just to go use the bathroom after over 30 minutes of waiting because my nurse never came back. On the positive side, the doctors, and radiology technicians were very nice and polite and timely. Next time I have an emergency, I’ll try Baylor Scott & White!
