Though I only saw Tracy 2 times, I cannot recommend her services. She was very late both times (not because she was running over with another patient but because she wasn't even at her office). The third time, she was over 30 min late, and I had to leave so didn't see her. While I did think she was nice and made me feel comfortable talking, I did not feel okay about her being so late to all our appointments. I contacted her via email expressing my concerns. She did not take the time to reply to the concerns in my e-mail and simply said she would be happy to refer me to someone else. I found this to be very off-putting and though she might be a great counselor if you don't mind the tardiness, for this reason I cannot recommend her.

Tracy has truly been a godsend. I came to Tracy in the most devastating time of my life. I was completely lost, broken down and had no idea how to move forward. After 3 sessions with Tracy, she provided the counsel, mental tools and empowerment I needed to move my life forward. Only 3 sessions! That’s how impactful each of her sessions are. She also sent encouraging articles to read & sent messages, keeping me on the right track. Tracy made it a point to check on me even when I wasn’t in her office. This is rare! I know I wouldn’t have made the decisions I made if it weren’t for Tracy. I will never forget that & I mean that from the bottom of my heart. If you’re looking for someone that will accept appointments after hours and will ask thought provoking questions to generate healthy conversation around the issue, this is your therapist. Tracy pours herself into each of her clients even if she has back to back appointments, you will never feel rushed. You will feel so lucky to have found Tracy, you’ll know after 1 session.

Tracy Crain was very kind and knowledgeable and was willing to work us (our blended family) in her busy schedule. I couldn’t thank Tracy enough for the love and kindness she has shown me over the years. She goes above and beyond what you would typically get in a counselor. Having been a client for over 5 years, she helped me through many challenging life situations. She has given me the necessary tools needed to be a strong advocate for my life. I think of her as a life coach and a friend. She has really changed my life and I am so grateful for her. She has also be a huge blessing in the lives of my children. I have referred many people her way and they feel the same about her as I do.
