Was on vacation and my ac quit on my truck. With a 3 year old, 2 dogs, and a pregnant wife a 95 degree day down the highway for hours isn’t fun. I read the reviews on the shop and bought my truck in. Bobby did a wonderful job repairing the truck, and he is 100% honest and could’ve easily charge me more for the work he did. He did not try to sell me anything, simply repaired what needed to be done. I highly recommend The shop.

My Honda dealer diagnosed that I had a bad A/C compressor, and wanted over 900 to replace it. A friend highly recommended Bob at A to Z to get a second opinion, so I took the 45 minute drive to Southold. Bob very quickly discovered nothing more than a bad relay (a 33 part) and quickly had me on my way! Bob demonstrates himself to be honest, experienced, and knowledgeable. I would very highly recommend A to Z to anyone, and will use them again without hesitation. Well worth the trip!
