The staff is friendly and always helpful. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. They also have been honest with me regarding what they can and cannot do and refer well to those that can help, if that particular service is not their expertise. I have been a customer for years and they have been consistent with me in these things I’ve mentioned. They always seem to take pride in what they do. Love the gift shop too!

Worst "cleaner" we've ever been to. I took a queen size comforter and a blazer/jacket. Showed them my concerns. When I picked them up and got home the comforter's stain did look a little better but was still there, the blazer looked the same. I took them back, they said they would try again; I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I picked them up again. Now almost 40.00 later, the comforter was still not clean by any means and the stuffing was all messed up. The blazer now had a water stain that they claim was there and that I just didn't notice, right in the front. What happened to customer service; tell the customer you can't do the job and let a professional do it. We will never go back not even if they claim to "clean" for free.
They are great seamstresses. Friendly and very efficient. There are cards and gifts to buy there, also

I had 3 coats with broken zippers. Brought 2 to a bridal shop/tailor and they charged 35 per coat and didn't finish by the date on my ticket. Then I brought the third coat to Southtown Cleaners and she fixed it WHILE I WAITED for 6, and tried to refuse the tip! I forced her to take the tip. Excellent service, plus a great gift shop inside!

I took a suit here to get it dry cleaned for a photoshoot. When I picked it up, it was clear the suit had been mishandled. It had all sorts of new wrinkles in it and it was pressed so hard that the seams and internal buttons were visible on the outside of the jacket. The jacket was also shiny, clearly showing that they overdid the pressing/steaming. They claimed that they could fix it, but he suit jacket is ruined from being over pressed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES.
They always do a great job on my uniforms. They are a bit pricy and take a while but tailors usually do.
