We found the car at car gurus.com and was contacted by their salesperson Kent right away. Jared made the financing very easy as we are in Montana. Drove down, car was ready to go with all the paperwork done. This was an amazing car buying experience with excellent sales professionals and the car did not disappoint!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. They were not pushy, they were not hard to speak to. Easy listeners and appreciative of my business! Ryllie was my sales lady and did a stellar job. Josh and Jared handled the financing and getting me sorted and were so easy to work with! Would definitely buy a car from these guys again!
I purchased my CX-5 here in 2017 and have had it maintained here ever since. The experience with the sales department was above average, but the service department has been near perfect. I dropped in recently with an electrical problem. They worked me into their busy schedule and got me on the road again. Even regular maintenance is exceptional and highly customer-oriented. If you own a Mazda I can recommend the service department without reservation.
Would have easily been a 5 star if not for my luck of the draw when it came time to sign papers with finance. Kent was my salesman, and was exceptional at it! I had a short time to research a new/used vehicle for my wife and kids after my wife's car spontaneously combusted. And after a long day of test drives and sales pitches. It was Kent's genuine passion and knowIedge of Mazda vehicles that ultimately made my decision to buy a Mazda. He made the test drive fun, informative, and was not overly pushy. I test drove a used vehicle that I thought I loved, but after more late nights cramming in research, safety, options, and many other things I visited a different dealer that claimed a better price on a new vehicle. Had such a good time with Kent I felt obligated to run my pending purchase by him. Needless to say he went to work for me and my family making sure we got what we wanted at the right price. Don't care to go into details about the shady finance guy who was proud to express his ethically questionable hatred toward my credit union which ultimately made my decision not to finance with them, and made me feel at ease knowing the terms of my loan were pre determined. To sum up see Kent! Aside from the greedy weed of a finance pewp, the rest of the staff/ finance department were friendly and accommodating, and very pleasant to be around. Love the Mazda!

Honestly such a bad experience ordering parts. Had to special order parts, that’s fine, prepaid, that’s fine, but waiting over a month with zero follow up. It’s like they want to take my money and not be honest. Had to call myself and confirm they had it. Won’t be buying parts from them again, I’ll stick with Orem Mazda. They can order parts and I don’t have to pay until pickup.
Love my car and they are so friendly when I go and get it serviced! Highly recommended Kent as a car salesman! He is the best !
We waited so long!!! Seriously like 3 hours. They werent upfront about the total cost of the car so in the end it was 3000 more than we thought. They also paid no attention to us and when we went in to cancel the gap coverage, it took forever. I do not trust these people. They do not care if they screw you over.
