I lived in Tempe my entire life and have seen this building improve significantly over the years; adapting to change. For covid-19 and the year 2020 the building has completely vamped up and modified to take precautions. On site I've seen them do daily wipe Downs throughout all the common areas and elevators. They have also switched over to touchless soap and faucets as well as complementary touchless hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the building. With all the different tenants in the building it's advised to wear a mask but it's completely up to the discretion of each individual tenant upon entering the suites. Love the new modern lobby as well as the great looking fountain displays both in the front and back of the properties. Management is also always on site if any issues were to arise or questions needing to be handled. Visitor entrance is located off of Lakeshore and rural and is up top on the parking garage. Deliveries have their own entrance down by the loading dock. Great looking property!

It is very disappointing when the company of the buildings not enforced masks when covid is an issue. I don't like to deliver here because people don't wear masks the reportedly coughing out loud and taking the elevator that is unprofessional and unhealthy even though I wear a mask they should too mask up. Also the gentleman all wearing black in building level 2 they were coughing reportedly and going up and down elevators without masks unprofessional. They laughed and said well
