Got a surprise bill for anesthesia, 2000, after my procedure. Southwest are in my network, it appears the anesthesia provider is not, i didn't think to check. Be careful if you're thinking of using them and do check that each provider is covered.

I've been here several times for procedures having to do with my Barretts esophagus. The employees here are all incredible! I always feel like I'm in good hands and that Im well taken care of!!!

They barley deserve a star. What a horrifying experience I had. Waiting in the waiting room over 2 hours. I had to keep inquiring how much longer oh only 15 more minutes. After 2 hours taken back I was upset by now. My heart rate was elevated and blood pressure then 1 nurse now tells me my temp is 100.7. Was 97.4 when I was first screened. The other nurse took it and now it was 97.4. The other nurse had the nerve to tell me I have a sudden onset of covid. Now my panic attack kicks in. I just want to go home and r/s. The anesthesiologist tells me I can't leave and have to go to ER. They arrive. My temp is fine and due to circumstances I am most likely having panic attack which I get severe ones. Now the anesthesiologist yells at me that I am having a stroke. The nurse kept calling my ride/mother telling all different things confusing her. Now she is upset. Paramedic called her and explained everything. The paramedics agreed I needed to get out of their as they could see how the staff was scaring and upsetting me. Now home and BP and Pulse normal and no fever. I do not recommend this place.

I dont know how call this place a guy named Venkatesh perform a hemorrodoctomy he lie . he used me and perform a surgery when i really didnt need it... And in top of that its been seven month after surgery and i can sit for more then 8 hrs. .. Please stay away from this place

Very professional staff that does everything to make you feel comfortable. Everyone I came in contact with during and after the procedure was very nice and professional. They made an unpleasant procedure as good as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They do have strict guidelines in place due to Covid so plan accordingly.
