I represented a client that bought a home built by Southwest Florida Dream Builders. The process was easy and smooth. These guys build a great home with many upgrades you normally won't get from other builders. Needless to say my client is excited about her new home. I will not hesitate to show my clients any of their homes.
WOW what great customer service. Been 2 yrs since new. Have an A/C drip from air handler in garage. They paid to install a drip pan, this was not required by code but they did it for me anyhow. 5 Star service. Great Home Too.
When I had buyers looking to build a new home, we visited several local builders. After meeting with Larry & Danny of Southwest Florida Dream Builders, and seeing the quality of their work, and what they include which other builders consider upgrades, the choice was easy. During the construction process, questions were answered quickly, things progressed well, and allowing the buyer to make their own selections of many items makes it feel more of a custom home. The home was recently finished, and met all expectations. Everyone is happy! As a Realtor, recommending Southwest Florida Dream Builders to other clients will not be a problem. I hope to work with them again soon.
Updated to add photos \u003c3 People say, \Never work with family\, but this is just not the case with SW Florida Dream builders. I have watched them for over 10 years put their heart and common sense into every house they build. I have been there as they point out a tiny detail that a typical builder wouldn't notice and they have it put right. They walk through the homes as if they are their own being built. I don't know about you, but I want that attention to detail and care in my builders especially when buying/building long distance. Which is exactly what my husband and I are doing this year with Larry and Danny all the way from Texas! Just visit the website and have one meeting. You won't regret it! This will be the house of your dreams.
