I’ve had many surgery’s in my life and have never had a better experience than I did at Southwest Ft Worth Endoscopy Center. From the time I checked in with Wendy until I was wheeled out. The receptionist, the nurses(like Yvette) and certainly Dr Branstetter were first class! They all took the nerves right away. I actually enjoyed all the pre-surgery laughs with these ladies. So thank you to everyone at SFWEC! I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

As someone who is terrified of medical facilities, let me tell you this place is such a gem. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. They really take their time to make sure you're okay and are such compassionate, professional people. It is worth every penny! Thank you Dr. Mallette and all the amazing staff who work here! You guys are truly wonderful people!

I had a wonderful experience all the way through. Being able to get information through texts saved me a great deal of time. Check in was simple and took no time. Laurie made me feel comfortable as she explained every step I would go through and answered every question I had. Susan and Heather made me feel comfortable as I was prepped for the procedure and let me know they would be with me through every step. Finally, Wendy and another aide got me ready to go home and were very kind to my wife as well. I highly recommend it!

As unpleasant as these procedures are, I had a good experience here. Maybe the tech in the procedure room was a little abrupt but everyone else was great - my Dr., the front desk and especially the nurses, who spent awhile with us. Personable, funny, caring. I got zero unexpected bills and my Dr. not only talked to me about the findings right after the procedure but also left several pages of images and called when lab results were in. I would definitely recommend this place.
