After 35 years of servicing my parents, propane, they cut my mom off because they said she needed to fill out a credit application. They didn't bother to call us first. I said after 35 yrs, she shouldn't have to fill one out. My mother is 82 and left her with 15% propane. Very disappointed does not begin to say it.
