I ordered a wood stove from this company as they were local and a small business. The stove was scheduled to be installed weeks sooner than was promised. Although the stove was larger than what I was looking for as the one I wanted was backordered, I was instead offered a larger floor model and given a discount. Talk about really wanting to earn your business!!! The staff from the office to installers were friendly and attentive. On the day of installation they arrived exactly when they said they would and took great care to ensure that my home remained clean and undamaged. I highly recommend New England Chimney Sweeps & Masonry Inc. and look forward to great service for years to come.
