Extraordinary business! Quick response and turnaround time! Robert even picked up my laptop from my place of business. An incoming snowstorm threatened delay of the scheduled return of my repaired laptop. Robert contacted me on a Sunday and was able to return the computer ahead of schedule and avoid any delays. My MacBook Pro was bogged down and the HD was totally filled. I called Robert, who came & got my laptop, replaced the 500GB HD with a 1TB solid state drive, boosted my RAM from 8 to 16GB, and then moved all my info from the old HD to the new hardware. The price was reasonable, my machine works great and I avoided having to buy a new computer. Robert also found a refurbished MacBook for my wife, again at a very reasonable price. Robert knows his stuff, and gets the job done in a timely way. I would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.
