We just bought a home with a hot tub but have never owned one before. We went here to ask what we should do to set it up and the owner was EXTREMELY helpful! He told exactly what to do, what chemicals to use, and provided a start up and chemical guide. He basically let us pick his brain for 20 minutes and made some great recommendations. We really appreciate him and will be back!!

There's not enough 's! Incredible experience dealing with Scott the owner, and very knowledgeable with his products. Great customer service and really liked his delivery guys in particular Spike. Spike also was extremely knowledgeable and went through everything with the setup of this new hot tub. Highly recommend spa pool billiard outlet to anybody. Who knows I might be a salesperson one day for them LOL
