2nd update: They still sent me to collections despite providing more than 30 days notice. Do not trust them. Update: I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone (despite asking repeatedly for someone to call me, I called in) and they straightened out my bill because they IMMEDIATELY saw that I had canceled with more than 30 days notice. Her customer service was so excellent I may actually consider returning. Original review: I really enjoyed this space. It was perfect because I only needed the space a couple times a week and they had a plan for that. I liked all the people that worked there and all the other coworkers. I liked it so much that in March I reached out and asked if they could place my membership on hold during the pandemic. If not, please cancel. They were not taking calls at the time (I tried) so I had to fill out their contact form. It took them about a month to respond and they said I couldn’t place my membership on hold, and they wouldn’t honor my cancel request in March, I had to do it through some portal. So, they charged me to the entire month they were sitting on my cancel request. I reversed charges and now they’re trying to bill me for EVEN MORE. This company will punish yourself loyalty. Do not go.
