Appointment time 6am arrived at 530 i called the number on the door 5 times. I then noticed at 605 that 2 other drivers showed up and parked in front of the door I then walked up with the other driver and knocked, they let me in and I simply said I've called 5 times and just wanted to know what we should do to get unloaded... when I say this "KAREN" popped off with head and eye rolls being rude i stated "being rude isn't helping either of us i just want to get unloaded" she walked around the desk and put her hands on me I told her not to touch me she then went to the back and grabbed someone the "assist" which didn't change the situation.. she then said she was going to call my broker I immediately called him and separated myself from the situation WORST PLACE and to put hands on someome WOW!!!

..my company delivers here quite often. The people are professional & courteous. During Covid operations, you must call the phone number posted on the sign on the door.. there is no entry into the office. They will ask for your P.O. #... They will send a dock-worker out to get your BOL's, & break the seal.. (..sometimes, they will tell you to break the seal, & back into a certain dock, THEN they may come out for your BOL's while your at a dock.) Unloading usually does not take long, (usually an hour, at the most..?) For those that "drop & hook" here, you know who you are.. The lot around the corner is very decent, gravel, and a 10 can be taken here, if your low on hours.. There is a Love's about 5-6 miles away.., but good luck getting in there after 5 pm.. I have never "picked-up" here..only delivered, so Im not sure about the pickup procedures..
