I would have enjoyed ir more if I was able to slow down as a first time Golfer. Felt rushed . but other than that it was amazing grounds kept clean. Greens easy to read

Wowza wowza wowza. The greens are so good right now I can’t even believe my eyes. The course is in great shape and the fairways are smooth as butter. The wind was the tricky part Was blowing all sorts of ways but straight. Or was that my balls flight. Hmm either way. Had a great time. The staff was excellent and friendly. Will def be coming back for round 2. Get it!! Hahaha

This course and all the people that work there are a 5 out of 5. The oaks course is fun and a great challenge to play and view

The price to value is not really there. It is about 4 dollars cheaper than some nicer golf courses. It seems they just increased the prices for their new addition and haven't done upgrades to the course itself.

The perfect course for getting in a quick nine or the full eighteen. A great course for the beginner or expert. Whatever you skill level is you will enjoy playing here. Also used the event center last month. It was perfect and the service was five stars. They went above and beyond our expectations to much sure things went smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Agree with those who have commented about the fast greens and pin placements. The Oaks has an excellent clubhouse and the course has a lot of potential but in recent years their strategy seems to be to make the greens faster and the pins in tougher locations. It makes for some really challenging putting even if you are on the green in regulation. A few of the holes with severe slopes or 2 or more tiers combined with nearly unplayable pins seem beyond challenging for the average golfer, but they at least make an effort to make the green surface as smooth as possible for better rolling. It appears that the Oaks has taken the approach of super challenging greens and pins as their branding so they must be trying to attract the lower handicap players. Otherwise, the views are very nice from many locations so you can take a deep breath and enjoy the view as you calm down from yet another 3-putt. Some of the areas of the course in rough shape should be marked as ground under repair but mysteriously are not, and the back nine is very unforgiving of small misses on several holes. Overall huge potential but I’m not a fan of the direction in recent years around the pins and greens - makes the experience less enjoyable for the average golfer because the ball just won’t stop. If you don’t care about score or really need a challenge you’ll likely love it. If you are trying to improve your handicap or don’t appreciate U.S. Open style greens maybe choose some other options in the valley.

Not the best golf course i've ever played on, but it gets five stars from me because of their price, especially when they have deals, it's great. I would golf here any day. But if you start out on the back 9 in the mornings, don't hit the ball too high in the air, because the wind coming out of the canyon will kill any motion that ball has.
