I went there 2 yrs ago they did great on my pedi. Now I came back on march 21st for a pedi and the girl trimmed off part of my nail wall! I thought it was needed but once it felt a little uncomfortable I was having 2nd thought's about it. It's been 2 days now and this is what my toe looks like!

Had a walk-in pedicure appointment and it was amazing! I had the Sparenity Pedicure and it was so relaxing. The tech was very skilled and professional. Will definitely be going back for all my pedi needs!

This is the only place ill go for pedicures!!! Service is always the best. If I dont have an appointment the longest ive ever waited was 10 minutes. Linda is my absolute Favorite person to request! All the staff are super friendly and the complementary mimosas are the best!

I have been to this shop three times in the last year. I keep giving them a chance and going back but finally learned my lesson..NEVER AGAIN. My first visit they upcharge my services to include a COVID FEE of 20.I didn't cause COVID and if you want to be open during COVID then you as the owner/business should cover the cost. I should pay for the services i request. Next visit, tech used wrong nail polish after I stated 3 times I want gel polish so that I added another 40 mins to my service time while they made me wait after another customer to get this error corrected. On top of this, my nails started coming off the very next day. Last and final time...getting my eye brows waxed and the tech DROPPED HOT WAX IN MY EYE AND LAUGHED. I spent 15 minutes praying and hoping my vision would be restored while flushing my eye with warm water. The tech walked off snickering. My eyes water for 2 days behind this. They are lucky there was no damage as I would be the new owner of this shop. SpaRenity has horrible customer service and TAKENO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES OR ACTIONS. I took My business across the street to Lush where the service is pricey but EXCELLENT. This place sucks.

Really great nail salon! The staff is incredibly talented and very friendly. The pedicure chairs are super comfy and have the right amount of pressure on your back. My mom, bother and his girlfriend all went in for pedicures and we had a lovely relaxing visit. The salon is very clean and they have a lot of service options (and lots of polish colors). Enjoy your visit!
