Mike's company builds beautiful, expensive homes. No doubt about it. Mike doesn't do the work himself of course so he has to have others to get the job done. Unfortunately, Mike doesn't always like to pay his help...you know, the men that actually make his money for him? He collects big checks, tells his help he will pay them, then ignores them when they ask for their money. Not exactly good business. Says a lot about his character. He also encourages his friends to try and hook up with married women. That also says a lot about his character. So call Mike if you want a custom beautiful home. Just keep in mind, the men that built it won't be properly paid. And make sure to hide your wife.

New home construction. Spargo Built Homes was very professional and easy to work with. They helped us through the process of building our home every step of the way, including closing. We feel that we were fairly dealt with. The staff was very friendly and operates with the highest integrity. They were even able to have our home ready to close two weeks early so we would not have to pay another months rent in our town home. We have been in our home for a year now and have not had any problems due to its construction. It has been wonderful. Everything they did during the construction process added up to a well built quality home. Mike Spargo dose not cut corners. As we got to watch the construction process It was evident that they care about what's inside the walls (or the construction you can't see when the home is finished) as much as they care about how the home looks when it's complete. We have the Essex floor plan and we love it.
Mike Spargo built our estate home on 20 acres. In the selection of a builder for our project we had decided that builder involvement was very important to us. Many times you meet the builder himself during the interview process and then he disappears. So the actual \builder\ becomes his many subordinates. Mike's personal attention was critical in the intricately detailed home we built. His management of the costs and timeline were excellent. The Mike Spargo team of craftsmen were also superb. Besides being very skilled they were very enjoyable to work with. We trusted Mike with our new home and he lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We love our new home!
