Im from LA and recently moved to reno and i love it out here but i was missing LA until i came to Ramen etc and it feels like home is here super good ramen with the broth and noodles its fire like reallly good
We had the spicy miso ramen with beef. The broth was good and had a nice amount of spice. The beef lacked a bit of flavor but still a decent bowl of ramen. We tried the honey wings as our little one isn't a big fan of spicy food. The sauce was ok, but the wings weren't very crispy which we all prefer. -1 star for the wings and no option for smaller meals for the kids.
The first impression that I got from entering was like going into a niche hole in the wall restaurant. We started with lotus chips and harumaki, the lotus chips were nice and crunchy and the harumaki was hot and crisp. Our ramen one chicken shoyu with added nori and naruto and one beef garlic shoyu had delicious savory broth, filled with toppings and noodles. We left full and happy.
Wonderful, the miso spicy is great, the chicken katsu was also good. We tried some of the wings and the Chipotle ranch dipping sauce was nice, with a slight kick. The miso spicy was tasteful, had a wonderfully cooked soft boiled egg, a few slices of chicken and some other delights. I felt it wasn't spicy enough so the waiter was happy to bring out some chili oil. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The chicken wings and the chicken katsu were both juicy and very tasty. The service was prompt and the staff cleaned tables immediately after tables left. They were prompt and the food came out really quickly. They currently (as of review) offer 10% off your order with cash. I'd recommend dining in, so that your noodles don't overcook on your drive to wherever your destination may be.
Vegan ramen available! You will need to ask for their veggie broth (miso mushroom based), swap tofu, and no egg. This is a new restaurant so this hasn’t officially been added to the menu but the staff and owner are so friendly and accommodating I highly recommend trying it! Not to mention the meal itself is the best ramen I’ve had in Reno.
Never in my life had I eaten such good ramen, best ramen I've had in my life hands down.
They are so friendly and have quick service. The food is so delicious and filling. The place is very clean. We really really loved it and plan to eat there again.
