I had a duo by the names of Trisha and Robin come clean our home after a nearby fire affected our house. They were such amazing people and were so considerate of the children and our pet that we had at home. They worked with me through every process and they left every room spotless. It was so nice to meet them and our family was a little sad to see them go. They were the best of people you could ask for. They not only left the house as if nothing ever happened. But they left our home feeling fresh and new. They went above and beyond to provide the best service possible.

I was charged over 2,000 dollars for dehumidifiers and air movers. All they did was removed 30x30 area of carpet padding, remove 4 rows of wall insulation and set up one dehumidifier and 5-6 air movers and apparently that 2,000 dollars. They FAILED to tell me the cost before hand like they were SUPPOSED to do. If they would have told me the total price before hand I wouldn't have signed off on the work. I would have done all the work myself for a fraction of that price and saved a ton of money, and got myself my own dehumidifier. They did offer me a 200 credit for their mistake, in my opinion it's not nearly enough. That being said the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, except for the price gouging. In my opinion 2,000 dollars would have been worth them putting my basement back together meaning a new carpet pad, stitching the carpet back together that they cut, reinserting new insulation, patching drywall and re attaching the baseboard. Not just removing everything and setting up air movers and dehumidifiers.

Because of the extent of water in my basement from a broken sewage pump, the staff had to come out numerous time to check on the dehumidifying was working. Derrin and Blair, and others, were always very thorough and clear in their explanations. And Jaime was very knowledgeable in talking about repairs. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
