Really friendly and helpful service. I come here fairly often for small trips and recently couldn't find the product I was looking for and I also couldn't remember what it was called. They knew what I was looking for based on a description and searched the stockroom since they didn't find it in the cooler. I think that most places wouldn't care and would just say they're out of stock. One of the girls found it for me after a few minutes but it was more expensive than I was expecting. As I was checking out she ran back to the front and said she also found the other brand which was less expensive. Thanks for taking the time and effort since even simple gestures can make a difference.

Between the handful of Asian markets in the Reno and Sparks area this one is the most organized and cleanest one. They have a great selection of products and the staff is very helpful.

Yim's has a great selection of noodles. They have Thai, Chinese and Japanese styles. I bought all three styles. Got some dried seaweed at a reasonable price. They have they're own in store made products too. I got kimchi. The clerk was so kind and friendly. She even bagged my kimchi in a small clear bag so it won't get all over my other groceries. I'll be back again to get more!

What a great store! They have a fantastic selection of kimchi, numerous fresh mushrooms and fresh vegetables. There are also cooking utensils and dishes including hot pots and induction tops. Teas, noodles, rice, frozen meats, seafood... the list goes on and on. Definitely recommend!!

Yim's - one of the best open to the public places in Reno/Sparks to get your asian and other types of seafood and vegetables, spices and more; both in bulk sizes and resale. The team there is so nice to help you find what you are looking for. Happy New Year 2021.

Great selection of Japanese soda and tea! If you like Asian candy, snacks, or dried ramen, this place has a great selection.

This market is truly a gem. The variety is wide and the staff is wonderful. They have so many mushrooms and greens and chillis. We got a huge bag of katsuobushi and kombu and made the most delicious dashi. It's an Asian cuisine oasis. The pandemic sucks but at least you can still make great, authentic food at home with stores like Yim's around.
