NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH YOUR TRAILER .... We bought are boat from Riverside Marine. We were leery about buying a venture trailer and our suspicions have come true..... We have had our trailer for a few months and nothing but problems with the grease seal on driver side. We have taken it back to the dealer (Riverside Marine) 3 times. 3 times they mentioned taking it to venture and having Venture repair/replace the seal.. and IT IS STILL LEAKING!!!! We were insistent this last time to replace WHOLE AXLE because we have had so many issues... The marina said that was up to venture...... No whole axle... and after the third time.... grease is slung all over our boat and it's still leaking!! Now we find that the whole tongue is bending.... not to mention we had to have the winch replaced because it bent! We demanded a bigger winch and they finally compiled and agreed.... brand new boat and more time in the shop for the trailer than boating.... hoping they make right with their product....
I don't understand Venture's customer service model but it needs significant work. I'm trying to purchase two axles for my trailer. I travel for work and I go close by the factory so I wanted to just swing by and pick them up. They are refusing to let me get them \due to covid-19\. When I asked what other options I had, they said I could have them shipped or pick them up from a dealer. Why pay a ton of money to have something shipped down the street??? As for the dealer, they have mark ups they put on products. So my simple purchase balloons in cost just because I can't pick up parts. What a joke.
