I hired ATS to do a well water test to sell my house, closing date 8/28/20. They scheduled 7/16/20 to take samples to send out to the lab. They told me 7-10 business days. On the 10th business day, I didn’t receive any communication that the results were ready, so I figured Covid was delaying the labs and waited for communication from them until the 12th business day, 8/3. I had to call them. I asked if my results were in yet. No they aren’t, but the labs might be backed up. Okay, understandable. I called back EVERY business day possible asking the same question and getting the same response from them, “No, not yet”. Finally, on 8/12, nearly a month after testing, I called and they told me the results were in. I asked “out of curiosity, when did they come in?” Their response “Oh, these came in 7/30”. When asking for full payment, I tried to tell them they didn’t deliver what they promised. I paid full price (750). I failed for one item, and now I had less than 2 weeks to remedy the situation. I paid extra to have a company rush job the fix, (completed 8/24)and they called ATS to schedule a retest (completed 8/25). ATS got the results expedited and in time for my closing today but charged me an additional 265 to test for 1 item. I called back on this charge and they, like every other time throughout this whole experience, seemed unapologetic about all the inconveniences they caused. Beware.

This was the second time I used them. first time was when I bought my house I needed a inspection on my septic. They were able to accommodate my schedule perfectly. They were professional, and there rate was very reasonable. I would differently recommend them. No need to shop around

We hired ATS to provide us with a septic certification and they were able to go to our property within a couple of days, at a great price, to have an inspection performed. Reports were provided to us within a day and we couldn't be happier with the turnaround time on this. I'll be recommending them to other homeowners in similar circumstances.
Every aspect of my experience with this company was top notch. I placed a call to schedule a septic inspection and tank sweep. Customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The day of the appointment we had Matt as our service tech and he was just phenomenal. He showed up on time, was very thorough, personable, and had no problem answering all our questions and explaining all the problems he found multiple times. He searched the yard multiple times to find an oil tank he suspected was there. The company as a whole delivered on everything promised, had outstanding customer service, and was easy to get in touch with. The reports showed up the day promised and were clear and concise. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for these services!
