It’s only good if it works, otherwise have fun paying for something you don’t have for a week. When it works it’s fine no issues whatsoever but the fact that I have to call every month complaining it doesn’t work not worth it. Mind you the only reason we still have it is it’s the best one for our area otherwise we would have left this company a long time ago...

I keep losing service it is aggravating! When it is working I have no complaints. Please fix the issues. I also have yet to receive a bill from you. I never signed up for paperless.please send me my bill in the mail.

The hours on the door said they would be open, but they were not. There is no sign saying that they would be closed for anything such as maintenance or early lunch.
