I recently purchased a new home with a septic system that required some repairs. The service techs that did the repairs were very professional and knowledgeable... I asked a lot of questions regarding the septic system (since I am new to it) and they took the time to answer my questions and also gave me a basic breakdown of the system and how it works! I used them again to add a riser and lid to the tank. I was very pleased!!

Service Done: Routine septic pump Honestly at first I couldn't believe a company with such high reviews existed, I had to experience it for myself. This is the first time I am doing septic tank pump and I had a wonderful experience. John was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Honest, clean, and a professional job. Although I only did the septic pump, based on my experience today, I will most likely go to them first with any other septic related questions. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company for Septic Pumps.
Service was routine septic pumping. Easy scheduling. Person on phone was professional and courteous. Charged a fair price. Called couple days ahead to remind us of service. Arrived on time. All good. And they send the information to the town and lake offices for you for compliance, which is a big help. Will use them again for sure.

I use Wilson for my septic care. Their customer service is wonderful. When you call, you get knowledgeable and friendly staff that know how to answer your questions. Their prices are reasonable too. I’ll gladly continue to use them!
