Beautiful showroom and they have more sheet music than I've seen anywhere!! The staff are helpful, pleasant and friendly and prices are very reasonable. I bought piano stickers to help with learning how to play the piano they were less than 5! I will definitely be back from time to time!

They did a great job at tuning my piano. The original day that the tuning was scheduled, the guy has missed the appointment after I had called in and asked if he would be arriving anytime soon. There was a mishap on their end. But I'm not even bothered by that because the guy was kind enough to call me and apologize for it. He ended up coming the next day and stayed to tune my piano until it was pitch perfect. I was afraid that he would have to come for a second tuning, as I was a first timer to piano tuning. Luckily, he did not have to do that. He was friendly and talkative. He even recommended me people that could help me with other things.

The owners are very polite and don't mind if you just play the pianos. I hope they don't mind me too much, I will definitely buy a piano from here one day. Their Steinways are of the best quality around and I can't wait to have one in my house.

Mr Case has tuned pianos for me for many years. He will cost more than others, but it is well worth it. He is the very best in the upstate area. He has solved problems that other tuners caused. Additionally, Mr Plumly, a salesperson at Case Brothers, helped me buy my piano. He listened to my needs, my modest budget and found me the perfect instrument.
