I bought my husband 400 boots and he wore them for an hour, and they refused to take them back. They were really tight on his feet and very uncomfortable. They didnt even offer a partial credit. I love supporting local businesses but be careful with this store on returns.
Awesome experience. The Black Rock shoe treatment they suggestion is made in USA, excellent conditioner, and solid final shine. Owner was on-site and very passionate. We need more places like this!
