Had a stubborn clog in the toilet that we just couldn't get rid of on our own and had to call in the professionals. After reading previous reviews we decided to go with Sterling Craft Plumbing since they were pretty close to home. The sweet lady in dispatch was able to get us an appointment within hours of me calling and then the guys showed up, explained everything they were going to do and got our issue fixed in just a few short minutes. Everyone was super nice and the price was reasonable considering how quickly they got it scheduled and resolved for us. We will definitely be using them again and will recommend to friends and family!

Sterling Craft Plumbing made my dream bathroom come true, no exaggeration! I had the absolute most positive experience with them. Shane's estimate was literally thousands of dollars less than the other I received, and he stuck to it even though the job ended up taking a bit more time than he had anticipated. The company that gave me the other estimate actually recommended Shane over themselves! He knew he wouldn't be able to beat Sterling Craft's price for the work that needed to be done, and he had worked with Shane and vouched highly for his attention to detail. Shane and Nick were able to do the majority of the work in 2 days, leaving some small portions undone to make it easier for me to do the rest of remodeling work, then came back later once enough was completed so that they could finish. At every step of the process, they did quality, professional work, were respectful and cleaned up after themselves, and went above and beyond in helping me. Not only did they do a great job, Shane was nice enough to share his knowledge with me and answered my masses of questions about every aspect of remodeling, not just plumbing. As a first-timer, this was invaluable and helped me be successful. If I ever need any plumbing work done in the future, they will be the only ones I call! They do more than plumbing as well, so I may just have them remodel my whole kitchen for me as well! I highly recommend them to anyone considering having some remodeling or plumbing that needs done.

Shortly after I purchased my home, the plumbing began to crumble. My entire house needed to new drains and water lines. It took me a while to save for the job. They honored their quote, which was given to me months earlier. I did get several quotes from others and Sterling had the best price for the job. They are honest, efficient and did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to work with Amanda. She was so understanding in such a stressful situation. I would definitely ask them to come back for repairs and remodeling of my bathroom.

Highly recommend!!. Called Sterling Craft and Plumbing and was able to get someone here the next day. Diagnosed and repaired my toilet. Needed additional parts for an outdoor faucet and scheduled this for the next day. The nice surprise was being told I did not need to pay until all the work was done. Nick Bridges, the Lead Plumber was very knowledgeable and polite. Someone in my household is immune system compromised and Sterling Craft and Plumbing/Nick accommodated by wearing mask and engaged in social distancing. Very much appreciated!
