Very upset. I placed an order over three weeks ago. Everything came in except for a pair of leggings. I reached out to the support team to cancel the leggings because at this point I can just go in store and buy them. Even though my order has not shipped out and they don't know when they will ship out they won't issue a refund for the leggings. I'm done shopping at Torrid. Poor customer service.

The girls here are always really sweet and the clothes are a little expensive but on trend and high quality. It's the go to place to shop if you're tall and plus sized.

I was approached by a worker and was told I needed to keep my kids close to me and away from other customers because of the virus. First off my kids are 2 and 4 they were never remotely close to any customers. Second my kids were never out of my sight. They weren’t hurting anyone. I put my stuff that I was going to purchase down because I will never purchase anything at Torrid in Westgate mall again.
