Staffed entirely by hard-working, conscientious, volunteer staff, Spay Inc is a valuable and appreciated part of our lovely, historic town of Brownsville. Personally, I like seeing the cats enjoying some freedom and interacting with each other in this shop. I am a long term resident and, based on my personal experiences, have nothing but good to say of the facility and staff. One example I can specifically recall: I was browsing about while waiting my turn and noticed how patiently and kindly the staffer dealt with a customer who was taking up an inordinate amount of her time. The customer mostly talked about her own cats and only asked a pertinent question when the staffer was about to focus her attention elsewhere. After the customer left, I commented on the fine example of customer service skill I'd just witnessed, to learn that the woman was a known cat hoarder. Keep up your fine work, Spay, Inc!
