There are some places that just go above and beyond. SPC is that place, especially Sandy. I have been overwhelmed with the care decisions for my mom after her stroke. I wanted to see what it would take to get her an electric wheelchair. Sandy walked me through the whole process! Doing all of this during COVID lock downs! SPC got my mom mobile! Even the other day I had a question about her chair and Sandy seriously called and handled the question I had immediately! It's a long review. But when you are overwhelmed and need help... I can tell you to contact SPC! Sandy made me feel like I was an old friend of hers and went above and beyond!

Beware of using this company if you need timely service. They received a prescription from my doctor more than a month ago and didn't touch it even after I followed up with them. I would avoid this company and take your business elsewhere. Taking one month and multiple follow ups to only begin looking at your prescription is unacceptable. Now instead of filling my expensive prescription for free I have to hit a new year's deductible and pay a substantial out of pocket expense. If I could leave 0 stars for the 0 service I received I would.

Sandy is truly and life saver. Every time I call , and that's a lot, she is so responsive to my Mom's need. She truly realizes that having an aging parent with medical needs is stressful on everyone. I had the experience of meeting Sandy from your company on 11/19/2019. She brought a new wheelchair to me & adjustments were made so that it was easier for me to roll around in. Sandy was such a wonderful & professional person. I can not speak more highly of her. She made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before she left. She also told me to call her if I had any problems. In today’s world, you don’t get service like that & with a great big smile as well!! Highly recommend Sandy & this company.

I have benefited from the services of SPC since 2015. I have found the employees to be professional, courteous and prompt. The equipment supplied by this company is of high quality and state of the art. I have especially been impressed with Technical Specialist Sandy. Each interaction with her has exceeded my exceptions for service. At one point shipping a forgotten power cable to my vacation destination on her own time and paying the UPS charges from her own pocket until I could reimburse her. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my oxygen equipment met my medical needs. I've never experienced this level of customer service before. They tried to bill me for the rental that my insurance ended up paying. They tried to charge me for supplies that my insurance will pay even before the claim went through my insurance. Stay away there are nicer people to work with. It is hard to get anyone to answer the phone unless you are a dr office. My insurance would pay for me to try different masks but they charged me and gave me used head gear when my dr office gave me the complete set for free.
