I've had nothing short of excellent customer service at Specialty Medical Sales. Wendy went above and beyond when helping me with my new APAP set up 2 years ago and solving any concerns I had about mask fit. I am sad they are not in network with my new insurance company because I really can't recommend this family business enough. They do a wonderful job helping my mom with her CPAP mask and supplies too.

it funny i was in the area so i thought i would stop in and get a mask. was told i need a prescription? I have a couple other places i go to that i will now go to that tell me the have been deregulated. it must be nice to make so much money you can turn business away. you need to get updated on current regulations.

I needed to desperately find packing gauze with iodine and we were striking out every where went. I called Specialty Medical Sales before we ventured to another stop. When i was told they didn’t have any in stock, i was disappointed. A few minutes later THEY CALLED ME BACK! The store! They said they went to check inventory and they had ONE MORE left. I asked them to hold it and we’d be right there. Wonderful customer service. Friendly faces (even behind the mask) and even had curbside service. One of Lewisville’s best kept secrets that everyone needs to know about! Thank you Specialty Medical Sales for being my hero today.

This company is a Scam. I do not recommend. Please go anywhere else. Stay far away. Edit: Updating this to say it is my wife’s google account used for the review because of the messy response from the company. I have proof of a contract and invoices paid to this scam company if anyone or google will like to confirm business relationship.
