They have an employee named Alvin, he takes too long to attend and sometimes he does not want to receive payment for your receipt, he is very despotic here talking with his partner and there were many people waiting to make payments

Spectrum saleperson David is a great guy with knowledge. But that spectrum itself is bad cable and wi fi. 3 years ago i had great close captions and specular screen and wi fi. Now... it is badly Closed captioning and screen changing randomly in different channels. Also that internet is very suspicious... they will slow your internet speed if they need more profits from us all. Aint right! Now i gotta pay close to 80 just for internet which speed is compared to basket apple. I sorry spectrum. You are no good and corruption into extorting people’s money. Bad bad. Shame on you

Very unwelcoming. Only 2 clients allowed inside. No chairs folks waiting 30 minutes outside. Only 2 staff members. One seemed burned out. He made no eye contact w me the next person in his line, busied himself tying up previous client paperwork. After which he grabbed his coffee cup and left the service area. The second staff member was fantastic and I was out of there in less than an hour. SPECTRUM should provide chairs for people waiting outside. And improve staffing to meet demands of clients needs. These people are not robots.

Zero stars. Due to move, cancelled service a few days into billing cycle. Returned equipment, and went on my way, as you do. Received a surprise bill for unreturned equipment and a full month of [mostly future] service which I would not be using. Called customer service and was informed they recently implemented a practice of billing full cycles only, no pro-rating. So I owe them for nearly a month of service that I’m not capable of using. I was further insulted by customer service rep who said I should have been aware of the change and switched cable providers if I didn’t like it. They did take the charge for unreturned equipment off though. This company is the worst. Good riddance!!! \u003e:(
