I was very impressed with the attentiveness and responsiveness of the management and senior technicians at Spectrum. My first service with Spectrum included several items, including air duct cleaning. The day after Spectrum finished the work, I noticed 2 of the ducts still appeared to be dusty/dirty. Spectrum returned the next day and under the supervision of a senior technician they re-cleaned all ducts. In the end, Spectrum exceeded my expectations of a service/maintenance company. I am now a loyal customer and intend to use then for all my future HVAC needs.

I’ve used Spectrum since it’s founding for both maintenance and repairs. I have always found them to be straightforward, knowledgeable and reliable. Today’s technician, Jorge, was very personable, capable and patient with my questions and stories. Jorge got things running quickly, filling me in along the way as to what he was doing and checking. I always feel good using Spectrum Air Conditioning. But o do miss Bert, and of course Stacey.
