We shopped for a UTV and entered several establishments throughout this journey. Speed Zone Motorsports was BY FAR the most friendly, professional and clean. Alex was great to work with and very knowledgeable of her machines. She catered to our needs perfectly (exactly what you would expect from a good salesman.) From the sales manager, parts department and service area we were please. We are excited to "ring the bell and sign our names to the wall" signifying that we are now part of the Speed Zone family. What a great experience! Great job guys and gals!!
I called this place looking for a jet ski. They didnt have what I was looking for. And they are a few HOURS away from me by the way. They still did a seach to see if they could find me what I wanted, called me back the same day, and gave me some information. I have yet to act on the information, but the customer service alone, to do something for someone and help them find what they are looking for, absolutely amazing. It was great talking with them, even though they didnt have what I wanted, they still gave me some leads. I'm positive if they could get it for me they would.
These guys are awesome!! I left Big Number 1 which is a mile from my house to drive an hour to get to SpeedZone. They took in my GTX300 for a warranty fix next day and I bought a 2020 rxtx 300 from them and it was quick and easy. Everyone was nice. Everyone had good customer service and that’s what I look for in a business. People willing to go the extra mile or simply cater to the customer. They will definitely be getting my business again on next toy purchases. I don’t see why they can’t open up more shops in the future. Good job guys! Shot out to Service team and Nick!!
